In his present role with RCG Longview Mr. Valger is responsible for identifying and structuring potential loans and preferred equity investments.

Experience
Mr. Valger’s prior experience includes being the founder of an Application Service Provider, Vice President of Business Development for an Internet company, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a multinational marketing company.

• BA in Art History from Binghamton University, Binghamton, NY
• MBA in Real Estate & Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School, Philadelphia, PA
