RCG Longview provided a $40,000,000 Junior Mezzanine loan to finance the acquisition of a national portfolio of 15,645 units located in four States in on the Eastern US Seaboard.  All properties are located in in-fill locations with good access to major arteries, employment centers and amenities.  The borrower plans to renovate a portion of the portfolio in order to increase rents at the properties and better compete with their peer set.
