RCG Longview, together with an experienced hotel operator, purchased a 398- room, full-service hotel in Overland Park, Kansas. The Hotel consists of a single, eleven-story guest room tower attached to a low rise structure, which contains the public space. The Property was in need of a full room and public space renovation (last done in 1997) and a significant exterior renovation to the façade, roof and mechanical equipment. The overall business plan is to restructure the management contract, renovate the Hotel, and reposition it as the preeminent full service product in its market.
