RCG Longview entered into an existing joint venture with an established developer and large institutional investor to develop a luxury, mixed-use student housing/retail project, located adjacent to the University of Southern California. The University suffers from a significant shortage of student housing. The Property, which is situated on a 4.02 acre site adjacent to USC campus, will consist of approximately 1,642 student beds in 421 units, +/-78,000 square feet of prime ground level retail space (of which 27,000 square feet is leased directly to USC), and a 770 space parking garage.
