RCG Longview originated a $15,000,000 second mortgage to be used for the construction of a 53-story luxury hotel located in Times Square, New York. The hotel was designed by an internationally recognized architect and features a 300 foot sign that overlooks the Square. The sponsor is a repeated borrower of RCG Longview and operates properties nationwide. Several months after our initial loan was repaid, the borrower requested another loan collateralized by this same property as well as an additional building. This debt was also paid off.
