Jay Anderson, Chief Operating Officer of Feil, has been, along with Mr. Feil, the lead investment professional of many of the Feil investments over the last 23 years.  He has purchased over $2 billion of property during his 35-year tenure.  Mr. Anderson also oversees the in-house financing, accounting and management at Feil.  In 1999, he was one of the founding partners of RCG Longview. Before joining Feil, he spent four years in both the audit and tax departments at Deloitte Haskins and Sells, servicing such clients as Merrill Lynch and Rapid American Corporation.  Previously, he worked in the finance department of W. R. Grace & Company’s Consumer Services Group.  Mr. Anderson currently serves on the real estate advisory board of M&T Bank, is a trustee to the Starlight Children’s Foundation and was a trustee of Kean University of the State of New Jersey.  Mr. Anderson is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in taxation and finance from New York University Stern School of Business.  He earned his Bachelor’s degree in accounting at Brooklyn College.

Michael Boxer

Founding Partner and Member of the Investment Committee

Michael Boxer is responsible for all real estate related investments of Ramius LLC, an investment management firm and wholly owned subsidiary of Cowen Group, Inc.  Mr. Boxer joined Ramius LLC at its inception in 1994 and represents Ramius in its real estate development activities and in its role as a managing member of the general partner of each of RCG Longview’s debt and equity funds. Mr. Boxer is a founding partner of RCG Longview and a member its investment committee.  Mr. Boxer has played a primary role in the creation of RCG Longview’s debt and equity funds as well as its joint venture investments in multi-family and workforce multi-family housing.  Prior to joining Ramius, Mr. Boxer negotiated and structured the disposition of real estate and real estate related assets on behalf of institutional lenders at Victor Capital Group. Mr. Boxer began his career as a real estate attorney with Shea & Gould, where he represented owners and lenders in the structuring and consummation of real estate development, leasing and financing transactions.  Mr. Boxer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College and a JD from New York University School of Law.
